Photos: Elementary School and Field House Construction
In February of 2020, Fidevia was brought on board by the Northern Lebanon School District to assist with the Master Planning and Consulting of its future projects. Initially, Fidevia assisted with the Design team selection process, but eventually our services expanded to include all Preconstruction through Closeout of NLSD’s new 189,808 SF, 49.78-acre site, K-6 Elementary School. The Project later expanded to include a Field House & Fields.
Construction officially commenced in October of 2021 and is scheduled to complete in time for the start of the 2023-2024 school year. Construction Manager, Collin Dimitris, is serving as the on-site representative. Currently, block walls are going up at the Elementary School along with MEP rough-ins throughout the existing structure. Over at the Field House, walls are up and the Construction team is preparing to add roofing and brick veneers to the exterior.
We are excited to see the progress continue with this exciting Project and look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with the District.
