• ESTIMATING - Familiarity with quantity takeoffs and pricing.

 

• ENGINEERING - All sorts of help needed with plan reviews, assisting with projects etc.

 

• PRECONSTRUCTION SUPPORT, PRECONSTRUCTION COORDINATION AND/OR PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - Non-Traditional Opportunity for Paralegal, Detail Oriented or Project Assistant or Manager Individual

Responsibilities and tasks will be varied ... reviewing and editing documents, attending meetings, drafting meeting minutes and other project documentation, corresponding and coordinating with Fidevians, industry colleagues and clients, etc.

 

• CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - 

       Construction Manager

We have a professional and caring team and are looking for a unique person to help us continue our growth. Individual should be organized, attentive to detail, speak and write well and comfortable working independently as our project on-site representative, yet also collaboratively with fellow Fidevians to achieve goals. We value employment as a mutual commitment. Responsibilities will be varied ... Reading architectural plans, specifications and project schedules, serving our clients and managing on-site relationship with Owner and all who come in contact with the project, attending meetings, making periodic presentations, tracking project progress, and otherwise positively impacting the project as necessary to finish a quality project on-time and within budget. Looking for individuals to cover projects within driving distance as well as individuals to work in eastern and western PA.
